Research is a Team Sport

Handrail helps teams be more productive and fosters collaboration throughout the entire product development lifecycle. The Team page contains all of the people that have access to this project. Team members could include researchers, designers, developers, stakeholders, clients, investors, users, or anyone else you believe should be involved. Teams and roles are supported in Handrail’s Team and Enterprise editions.

Roles within Handrail include:

  • Administrator
  • Collaborator
  • Read Only

 

Adding Team Members

If you are subscribed to the team edition of Handrail, you can navigate to the team tab in the main menu and click “Invite Team Member”. Handrail has three types of users:

 

Administrator – 1 per organization

  • Can view all data
  • Create, edit and delete rights
  • Facilitate research sessions and take notes
  • Invite other team members to join the project

 

Collaborator

  • View all data
  • Create, edit and delete rights
  • Facilitate research sessions and take notes

 

Read Only

  • View data only
